The assessment tool used screens for problems and
impairments that commonly accompany drug abuse and dependence.
This tool is highly reliable and valid, and utilizes
a holistic, individualized approach. In this manner, the evaluations
conducted will be sensitive to the unique cultural
and individual needs and can be used with appropriate interventions
and/or referrals to address the presenting
